Mmmk, so what's been happening? A LOT! At least it sure seems like it.
Yesterday, had the TR interview, it turns out that they don't hire people just for the summer...oh well, I'm over it. Then, I went and got my hair cut, and not just a little trim...we're talking me minus 14 inches of hair. But it was good, I like my hair now, and I know some special child will also benefit from the hair that I let go of. What a great feeling that is!
Then, went to see Troy with Josh and Mike. For anyone that doubts that Brad Pitt is a good-looking dude, see that movie. It will erase every doubt in your mind. Anyway, we got out of the movie, and found we were basically in the middle of a monsoon! We waded through the parking lot, where the water was up to our ankles already, and coming down even harder. Needless to say, we were soaked by the time we made it to the car. It was so much fun!!!
Today...went to church, had lunch, and then spent some much-needed time reading my Bible. It was definitely time well spent, it made me realize that lately I have been using my time selfishly, and not spending enough of it examining God's word.
Then I turned on the TV, and found that With Honors was showing on the ABC Family.channel. I forgot what a great flick that is! If you have never seen it, you really should....SOON! Maybe I should buy it...it does have Brendan Fraser and Lucas's mom from One Tree Hill...and Joe Pesci's a cool cat, too. I shall ponder this dilemma....and make a decision soon.
Then, Megan called me! (She's such a great roommate, in case you didn't already know it). And I got to talk with Liz and Jillian about everything that's been going on lately, GOOD TIMES!
